You came to Valencia for a reason and living here you will live it. Malvarrosa beach is less than a 15-minute walk away just waiting for you to lay out and enjoy the sun.
We think this is a great choice if you want to live near the water but also want to be well-connected to the university campuses and city center.

- Each room has its own private ensuite bathroom – talk about comfort.
- There are also AC units, necessary for those heat waves.
- You will love living just a short walk to the lovely Malvarrosa Beach.

- ALLOWED LENGTHS OF STAY: Your booking will only be accepted if it lasts until the end of June 2024. We want full course bookings.
- At the entrance to the property, it is mandatory to pay as a forecast of expenses: 100€ for rooms rents, 200€ for studios and 300€ for apartments.
- Tenants under 35 years old only
- Check-in hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 14:00 and 16:00-20:00. Check ins made in other hours will charge a fee of 50€
- The rooms are expected cleaned at the end of the stay. A fee between €50 - €90 will be charged if not.
