B) Racism, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, fascism, fanaticism, drunkenness, shouting or violence... of any kind or degree are not allowed.

C) The monthly payment is always in advance (without contract or invoices or receipts), on the 1st of each month. Payment with Bitcoin or Ethereum is accepted (others, ask before). For all purposes, and especially for payment, months beginning 1 and finish 30-31. In case of arrival after day 1 and departure before day 31 ask for amount; the minimum payment is 1/2 monthly.
