This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom exterior apartment is located on Carrer de Soledad Domenech in the Benimaclet section of Valencia. Benimaclet is known as a vibrant multicultural area which is great for students, as it’s close to Algirós, the area with a high concentration of tapas bars as well as normal bars and nightclubs. In addition, it’s in a lively student neighborhood that’s close to a Metro stop that lets you get to most of the city’s universities in 10 to 15 minutes. The area of the apartment is 105 m².

Room description

This bedroom has a double bed, shelving, a built-in wardrobe, and a desk and chair. In addition, this bedroom has a bookshelf next to the desk and shares an exterior balcony with Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located on the fourth floor, making it a very luminous property all throughout.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: two sinks, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, with plenty of space.
  • The living room is spacious with separate dining and lounging areas, as well as a balcony that overlooks the interior patio.
