This four-bedroom, two-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Carrer del Reverend Rafael Tramoyeres in the Benimaclet section Valencia. This neighborhood is an ideal students’ area due to its close proximity to most of the university campuses as well as Algirós, the area with a high concentration of tapas bars as well as normal bars and nightclubs. The apartment boasts both Metro and tram connections within a five-walk, allowing you to be either in the center or in class within 20 minutes. The area of the apartment is 90 m².

Room description

This bedroom has a double bed, desk with chair and lamp, and a standalone wardrobe. This bedroom has a view of the building’s interior patio.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious living room has a large TV with room an exterior balcony and terrace
  • The bathrooms are located the other side of the living room from most of the bedrooms
  • The kitchen has plenty of storage space and is equipped with modern appliances; there’s also an interior terrace where you can dry your clothes
  • The true perk of this apartment is the exterior balcony
