This four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Carrer dels Sants Just i Pastor in the Camins al Grau section of Valencia. Right next to the Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez, it’s close to the ESIC Valencia campus, the University Politecnica de Valencia, and the Universitat de Valencia Campus Tarongers. The apartment also is close to Algriós, the big student neighborhood with an excellent area for tapas crawls and nights out. All of the furniture and painting is clean and modern, making it a great space right near campus and on your way to the beach with the Metro just out your door. The area of the apartment is 85 m².

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is clean and modern with plenty of equipment to cook excellent meals
  • All of the bedrooms have desks and wardrobes, with plenty of space to store all of your items
  • The living and dining room is spacious with a flat-screen TV, lots of furniture, and a table with chairs
  • The balcony off the living room is perfect in the summer
  • All of the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for all of your items

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is in the powder room (this is normally in the kitchen in Spanish apartments)
  • There is only one full bathroom in the apartment; the other bathroom is a powder room (meaning that there’s a toilet and sink)
