This 5 bedroom apartment is truly representative of the neighborhood in which it nestles: beautifully designed with culture and functionality, tenants will love coming home to this gorgeous flat. All of the rooms in this spacious 110 m2 flat are luminous, extremely well distributed, and furnished for comfort!

What we liked the most
- All of the rooms are extremely comfortable; they are decorated tastefully and have tables, sofas, and wardrobes. Tenants can hang out and relax all in the comfort of their own rooms!
- The sofas turn in to beds, so tenants can host visiting friends.
- Every room is luminous- including interior rooms- eliminating the need to turn on lights during the day.
- We loved the subtle mix of modern and traditional aspects of this apartment: the tiles in the bathroom have an old-fashioned design while the rest of the amenities are completely new.
- The kitchen is big and has a lot of space to store all of your food. The landlord is going to buy a new microwave.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 bathroom for 5 rooms, but it is big and brand new.
- There is no living room, but every bedroom has an area furnished with a sofa; in short, every bedroom has its own living room!
