- There is also a washing machine, allowing you to save money by doing your laundry at home.

- This apartment is located within an ideal spot to experience Valencia's vibrant nightlife, as the area is full of bars and restaurant and is also within walking distance to Russafa, one of the best places to go out in Valencia.
