This four-bedroom 130 sqm apartment offers four double rooms to rent individually. This apartment is ideal for sport fans, as you have access to a free shared swimming pool, gym, sauna, squash court and tennis courts within the apartment complex. Think of all the money you will save on gym memberships! It has one shared bathroom, one ensuite bathroom, a modern kitchen and a sunny living area. It is located on Carrer d'Alfauir, a busy road where you will find a great variety of shops, including a supermarket right by the apartment. The neighborhood of Rascanyais is situated north of the centre of Valencia, and you can access downtown in about 15 minutes using public transport. To top it all off, the apartment is within walking distance to Estadi Ciutat de València, a stadium with a capacity of 26,000, where you can watch the local Levante Unión Deportiva play against some of the biggest teams in Spain.
Room description
The largest room in the apartment, furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a sofa and a large built-in wardrobe. There is a window overlooking a pedestrian street and the room has its own ensuite bathroom.
What we liked the most
- You have free access to a swimming pool, a tennis court, a gym, and access to a sauna for a very low price.
- Each room gets its own tennis racquet to use in the apartment's tennis courts, so there will be no excuse for not staying fit!
- The kitchen is fully equipped, and with a supermarket next to the flat, you will be able to easily stock up on groceries and cook healthy and inexpensive homemade food.
- There is a washing machine and an outdoor balcony adjoining the kitchen where you will find some ropes to dry your washing.
- There are two dining tables, one in the kitchen and one in the living area.
- There is a large flat screen TV situated in front of two large sofas, ideal for organising a flat movie night.
- The living area has a balcony overlooking the tennis courts.
Things to keep in mind
- There is one bathroom to be shared by rooms 1 to 3 and bedroom 4 has its own ensuite.
