There is also 1 full bathroom and a toilet to be shared by all rooms. This interior apartment is located on Arquitecto Arnau street, in the multicultural neighbourhood of Benimaclet, within walking distance to both the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. These affordable rooms provide excellent value for money and are ideal for students and workers looking for well-priced accommodation within a well-connected location.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living area is very bright, as it is exterior and has lots of natural light coming in through the balcony. All bedrooms are interior but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
