It offers 3 rooms for rent, one furnished with a single bed and 2 with double beds. Common areas include a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area opening up to a sunny balcony. There is also 1 full bathroom and a toilet to be shared by all rooms. This interior apartment is located on Arquitecto Arnau street, in the multicultural neighbourhood of Benimaclet, within walking distance to both the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. These affordable rooms provide excellent value for money and are ideal for students and workers looking for well-priced accommodation within a well-connected location.

Room description

This bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a heating unit, a desk and a wardrobe. It has a window with interior patio views.

What we liked the most

  • There is a massive flat screen TV in the living area, ideal for watching a movie with your flatmates.
  • The kitchen is brand-new and comes with all the equipment necessary for cooking and dining.
  • Each room has its own desk, perfect for studying or working.
  • There is one fully-equipped bathroom with a fancy rain shower, toilet and sink. The separate toilet room only has a toilet and a sink. .
  • These rooms are a real find, as it is not easy to come across such well-priced rooms in a brand new apartment!

Things to keep in mind

  • The living area is very bright, as it is exterior and has lots of natural light coming in through the balcony. All bedrooms are interior but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
