Four bedrooms are available for rent in this large and spacious apartment on Rey Don Jaime in Valencia old town, very close to the central market of Valencia and many historical areas like Placa de Tossal. The apartment features fully furnished rooms, a communal kitchen with all amenities and two shared bathrooms. It's ideal for students as it's very close to Universidad Católica Valencia and located in one of Valencia's most fun parts where you can enjoy restaurants, bars and plenty of clubs. The rent also comes included with all utilities so you won't have to stress out about extra costs. The area of this large apartment is 92m2.
