This exterior apartment doesn't only have spacious rooms available for rent, you'll also benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, a very cosy bathroom, living area, small fitness area and a terrace with a sofa that is just ideal for spending some time together with your new flatmates. All rooms are furnished and very sunny, featuring a double bed. The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to live away from the city buzz but still have easy access to the centre. You'll find the Mercadona store, where you can do your grocery shopping, just a short walk away. The area of this apartment is 248 - we told you it's very spacious!

- The bedrooms are fairly spacious and have big windows which will help bringing in all the sunlight you need - as this apartment has exterior views, we're sure you'll be able to get plenty of light from the sun.
- One of the main benefits of this apartment is that it has an extra space with a storage area, along with some gym equipments. Perfect for those trying to get fit.
- The bathroom is very bright and spacious - you'll have access to a cosy bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a long, stressful day.
- This beautiful apartment also has a large terrace with its own cosy sofa area and a music station - perfect for barbeques and spending time with your new flatmates.
Things to keep in mind
