Ademas esta muy cerca del paseo Maritimo. Zona muy bien comunicada con el Downtown de Valencia con Metro (coneccion con aeropuerto), bus en la esquina y a un km de la Estacion de tren de cercanias de Cabañal para poder viajar a otras provincias y conocer en el tiempo libre las maravillas de la Comunidad Valenciana,
