Hola! Desde el primer día de febrero se queda disponible una de las habitaciones de nuestro apartamento. La habitación que estará libre es la única que tiene un armario empotrado. Además cuenta con cama doble, escritorio y silla de escritorio, cómoda, mesita de noche, cajonera, lámpara, ropa de cama y mantas, toallas etc. El piso tiene cuatro habitaciones, todas con candado y cierre de seguridad en la puerta. Yo, que soy la propietaria, vivo en el piso. Somos personas serias, con horarios de trabajo regulares y no se celebran fiestas ni nada similar. Hay un gato.

After Landlord Approval:
When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

How to book
Find your home 100% online
With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
