El piso es muy luminoso. A 5 minutos andando de la UPV, en ambiente universitario. Dispone de un salón comedor muy grande de 25 m2 todo exterior. Tres habitaciones, 1 baño con 2 duchas y una cocina-office. El piso da a dos calles y al estar en una 5ª plata, está muy ventilado. Las tres habitaciones tienen cama, armario y mesa y silla de escritorio con librería de 1 balda. Zona muy tranquila con polideportivo en la misma calle. El arrendador habla inglés.
