Neighborhood information

Quatre Carreres, which means Four Roads in Valencian, is named after the four roads that veer out from Ruzafa and stretch to the four extremes of the city. Though you can find touristic sites in this area, such as the Pabelló de la Font San Luis (home to basketball games), the primary attraction of Quatre Carreres is without a doubt the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, or the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia’s very own Santiago de Calatrava constructed this architectural marvel, which today houses numerous pools, an aquarium, a planetarium, and a concert hall.

What we liked the most

  • The bedrooms are like mini apartments in themselves. They are spacious, fully furnished with plenty of storage space and often include a sofa too.
  • The kitchen is fully furnished and very modern.
  • There is an abundance of sofas in this apartment.
  • Three of the bedrooms have their own balcony.
  • There is a separate room which can be used as an office which is furnished with a table and chairs as well as further storage space, specifically for Bedroom 4
  • The bedrooms have their own individual key.
  • The Wi-Fi has already been installed and activated.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is no communal space for the tenants, the majority of the bedrooms are very large and are fully furnished with a sofa.
  • You will be sharing one bathroom with 4 other tenants, but this should not be a problem if you are working on different timetables.
