Spanning 80 m2, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat is ideal for students as the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University are both located within a 15 minute walk. The apartment itself has a comfortable living room area with a sofa, dining table, and flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a modern bathroom. Each room for rent come furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe, allowing tenants to work or study in the comfort of their own bedroom. The surrounding neighborhood, Beniclamet, is a popular area with a large student population. With a metro station a seven minute walk away, accessing the city center will be hassle free!
