Alquilamos precioso piso y totalmente equipado en el centro de Valencia, es un 6º piso con ascensor de 4 habitaciones, 1 baño y 1 aseo compartidos con otros estudiantes jóvenes.
El precio es de 275€ al mes y, añadiendo 50€ al precio del alquiler, se incluyen todos los gastos de luz, agua, gas, wifi y limpieza de las zonas comunes una vez cada dos semanas. ¡Olvídate de sustos en la factura a final del mes!
Se sitúa muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y discotecas, así como de paradas de autobús y metro para ir a las Universidades. En concreto, se sitúa a unos 550m de la parada del metro Avenida del Cid, con las líneas 3, 5 y 9 que conectan con toda la ciudad.
Además, al alquilar la habitación con nosotros formarás parte de una comunidad con otros estudiantes como tú, con los que haremos viajes y eventos para aprovechar tu experiencia estudiando fuera de casa al máximo!

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

ONLY STUDENTS Requests from people over 35 Year Old will be canceled.
Important information:
- Check-out is mandatory in January and June, since we manage our stay according the school year.
- Age: we are looking for Students so no more than 35 yo
- Check out Period:
As student accommodation, checkout dates are "timed" to coincide with the school year.
- Checkout possible in June, July, August and January.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
