Bright, spacious and newly refurbished rooms are available for rent in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment, situated on Carrer del Comte d'Altea in the vibrant neighborhood of L'Eixample. The 80m2 apartment consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table and a living space, a shared bathroom with a shower and four bedrooms, two featuring a private bathroom. All bedrooms for rent are fully furnished, complete with quiet and chic balconies. You will have access to several transportation options and can easily reach the city centre by foot in 16 minutes or take a 30 minute bus ride to Valencia beach - perfect for students or professionals!
What we liked the most
- The entire apartment has been recently refurbished - tenants will be able to enjoy brand new furniture.
- Each bedroom for rent is bright and spacious, featuring a double bed and a balcony.
- We love the open plan kitchen, furnished with a dining table and connected to the living area with a sofa.
- Tenants will have access to plenty of storage space in their bedrooms.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 also have an extra sofa, perfect for relaxing!
- You can easily reach Valencia beach in just 30 minutes by bus and the city centre is a 16 minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has a stylish shared bathroom, equipped with a shower, however, bedrooms 3 and 4 also have their own private bathroom.
- Please note that the apartment does not have a heating system.
