What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Cosy room right in the city center. Comfortable flat fully furnished. You will have your own toilet but the shower is of common use. There is central hitting which is great considering the badly insulation of Valencia's houses. You will be sharing the apartment with me only :). I am very sociable but I also like to respect other people's space and I'd love to share with someone similar. I speak Spanish, English and French. If you work remotly there's nice internet speed at home. LGTB+ phobics are not welcome. Available from mid January. I prefer to share with girls around my age (I'm twenty nine yo)
