El apartamento tiene una vista impresionante del centro histórico de Valencia y también del Parque del Túria, con amaneceres y atardeceres muy bonitos que podrás disfrutar en la terraza privada. Sus dos pisos tienen privacidad al separar el área privada y el área social. El piso superior para dormitorio y terraza y el inferior para comedor, cocina, sala y balcón. Los armarios empotrados debajo de las escaleras son muy amplios y la cocina está bien equipada. Barrio residencial, tranquilo, a pocos metros del parque. No hay celebración de Fallas en la calle. Consultar el precio del alquiler para la temporada alta.
