Piso muy céntrico y luminoso, en el barrio de Ruzafa, en calle tranquila. Reformado con calefacción, aire acondicionado, maderas nobles y suelo de mosaico. Techos altos con vigas restauradas, y camas con colchones de calidad de gama alta. Armarios empotrados de madera con gran capacidad. El piso tiene una habitación con una cocina-salón y un baño. Cocina equipada con tostadora, microondas, lavaplatos mini y lavadora Bosch de gama alta. Pequeña placa de inducción. La mejor ubicación en el barrio de Ruzafa: se puede caminar hasta los céntricos lugares de interés en pocos minutos. Muy bien comunicado con transporte público y todos los servicios en el barrio. En la misma calle hay muchas cafeterías y el barrio está lleno de restaurantes o actividad gastronómica además de tiendas. Preferimos largas estancias de mas de medio año. El piso es para no fumadores. Está prohibido fumar en la ventana.
