Se encuentra a 200 metros de la estación de metro Amado Granell - Montolivet.
El apartamento está ubicado en el cuarto piso con acceso a dos ascensores. Cuenta con un amplio dormitorio equipado con 2 camas individuales, Wi-Fi, TV de pantalla plana y un baño completamente privado. La habitación es espaciosa y moderna, con armario y ventanas de doble vidrio insonorizadas y persianas. Además, dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción, y se incluyen ropa de cama y toallas. La cocina, completamente equipada, incluye nevera, cocina, encimera, microondas, tostadora, cafetera y todo lo necesario para cocinar cómodamente.

El barrio es muy tranquilo y residencial, con todos los servicios necesarios a tu disposición. La zona está rodeada de supermercados, bares, cafés y restaurantes. A solo 40 metros se encuentra el supermercado más cercano, y a 5 minutos caminando está el famoso Mercado de Ruzafa, abierto de lunes a sábado de 8 a 15 horas. Hay numerosas paradas de autobús que conectan con cualquier punto de la ciudad, incluida la playa. En Valencia es muy común alquilar bicicletas y monopatines, y la ciudad cuenta con cerca de 80 kilómetros de carril bici y un cauce verde que recorre toda la ciudad.
