The studio is furnished for convenience and features individual air conditioning units, an equipped kitchen including necessary utilities, and a common washing machine. While the property allows professionals, students, and couples, pets and smoking are not permitted. Please note that WiFi is paid to the landlord upon invoice and there is no balcony, parking, or pool access available.
