Welcome to this delightful furnished studio situated in the vibrant area of El Carme, Valencia. The studio is furnished for convenience and features individual air conditioning units, an equipped kitchen including necessary utilities, and a common washing machine. While the property allows professionals, students, and couples, pets and smoking are not permitted. Please note that WiFi is paid to the landlord upon invoice and there is no balcony, parking, or pool access available. Although it hasn't been personally checked by Spotahome, rest assured that all our landlords undergo a complete vetting process to ensure quality and trust.
