This 5th floor studio apartment available to rent is located in Valencia's Ciutat Vella. The 38 m² apartment has big windows that look down onto the street and let in plenty of fresh air and natural light. There is a hall where you can find the bathroom and a built-in wardrobe, which also leads you to the main room. The main room is furnished with a double bed, armchair, dining table for 2, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner comes fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space.

On Carrer de Don Juan de Austria, you are not only in Valencia's city center, but you are surrounded by some of the most important shopping streets. Right outside your door you have big names such as Zara, the Disney Store, and El Corte Inglés. Just 1 minute away from the Plaça de l'Ajuntament, you will also be right next to all the action for city-wide events.

What we liked the most

  • Jose Manuel, our homechecker, loved the central location!
  • We love the big windows that keeps the studio bright and fresh.
  • Relax after a long day or catch up on the news with the flat-screen TV.
  • There is a kitchenette but it has a lot of storage space.
  • With 4 elevators in the building, no need for long waits.
