Studio flat in a loft with excellent transport links to the centre of Valencia, with laminate wood flooring on floating floorboards, thermally insulated with Climalit double glazing, air conditioning and low-energy electric oil-filled radiators, continuously renovated and maintained in perfect condition, including the furniture, structure and appliances. in a quiet neighbourhood with all kinds of services nearby, including the underground, bus, Valenbisi, Turia Gardens, avenues surrounding the city centre and connecting to the city's exits. It includes Movistar's most powerful Wi-Fi and twice-weekly cleaning paid for by the owner, as well as electricity and water costs, but no gas in the property.

Nou Moles is a neighbourhood in Valencia characterized by vibrant culture and amenities. Nearby, you can enjoy local attractions like Edificio Santa María Micaela and Valencia and Leeds Friendship Mural. Also, various restaurants including Cerveceria Bar Megamos and Bar Isabel are within walking distance.

What we liked the most

It is connected to the city center, which is about a 20-minute walk away, and has all kinds of services nearby, including shops and private services for everyday life, as well as public transport (bus and metro, bike lanes). It is located between two avenues: Pérez Galdós Avenue, which surrounds the center, and Cid Avenue, whose end is the highway to Madrid.

Things to keep in mind

include the periodic cleaning of approximately 3 hours every two weeks by a contracted cleaning company, which will have access keys (or an access card when the door has one, after which I will hand it over to the tenant and the cleaner), and which will have a character of both cleaning and supervision of the condition of the property
