This semi-independent studio apartment is available for rent in El Pla del Real, Valencia. The studio has a small sofa, a double bed, and a flat-screen television, as well as access to a private balcony with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower, while the kitchenette has a stove and microwave.
There is also a shared area with a full kitchen, a large dining table and chairs, and a washing machine.
