Es necesario disponer de la documentación legal en regla para poder residir en España durante la duracion de la reserva. Si es por estudios su visado y matricula de la universidad y garantía de beca , si es joven trabajador, un contrato fijo con empresa española y una nomina mínimo de mil quinientos euros.
No se permite el empadronamiento, el tipo de contrato es uso distinto a vivienda habitual.
