This is a neat 4th floor, studio apartment on Carrer De Les Illes Canàries, Valencia. It has an amazing balcony, modern decor, and it's close to Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies.
We think this apartment is perfect for single professionals. Come back from the office and bike to the beach to watch the sunset. Smoker? You can puff away on the balcony.
