Luminoso y bien ventilado estudio con entrada y baño accesible y que está a diez minutos a pie de la playa. Muy cerca de comercios, bares y restaurantes. Conveniente a todas las universidades de la ciudad, así como el puerto, El Corte Inglés de la Avenida de Francia y los centros comerciales Aqua y El Saler.
