What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Luminoso y bien ventilado estudio que está a diez minutos a pie de la playa. Muy cerca de comercios, bares y restaurantes. Conveniente a todas las universidades de la ciudad, así como el puerto, El Corte Inglés de la Avenida de Francia y los centros comerciales Aqua y El Saler. La estación de trenes de cercanías está a cien metros, así como muchas paradas de autobús y la estación más cercana de Valenbisi. El apartamento está completamente amueblado y la cocina equipada. Por motivos de higiene, no se incluye ropa de cama ni de baño.

We think so. Okay, so this place is a little on the small side but it packs a lot of punch. It’s in a beautiful building just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It’s really convenient for the warm months.

You get to live in Cabanyal. This quaint neighbourhood is full of unique, colourful houses. Plus you're just a stroll away from the beach So cool.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Although it’s a studio, the living area has a lot of character for its size. It includes a chandelier and sophisticated furniture. Very niche.
  • 10 minute's walk to the beach. Sure, you could live closer to the sea – but not by much.
  • Though the furnishing are quite traditional, all of the fittings are new an modern, so you get the best of both worlds.

But you need to know this...

  • The apartment doesn't have its own washing machine. Fortunately though, you'll have use of the communal laundry facilities.

This is a 2nd floor, studio apartment on Carrer de Vidal de Canelles, Valencia. It's cute and cosy, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

It is perfect for sun-worshippers and beach-lovers - anybody who likes to be out and about enjoying the best of Valencia during the day, but wants a cosy, homey space to return to at the end of the day.

What we liked the most

  • Staying at home – this space packs plenty of character into its petite floor area.
  • Going out – mere minutes from the beach, and with quick train access into the city. Win-win.
  • Relaxing in a cosy, traditional armchair – before making the most of the shiny new kitchen to cook up a seafood feast for dinner.
