This is a 1st floor studio apartment on Carrer de Sant Miquel València in Valencia. The kitchen and living areas are big. There’s a balcony, washing machine, and AC.

It’s ideal for city dwellers. You’re downtown. Excitement is felt on bustling streets and in busy bars. Play tourist at famous sites. Eat in the trendiest restaurants in town.

What we liked the most

  • Enjoying a larger than usual studio – with cool tile flooring.
  • Cooling down with the AC – a blessing during heatwaves.
  • Feeling the buzz of the neighborhood – just step out onto the balcony.

Things to keep in mind

  • There isn’t an elevator – no problem, you’re on the first floor.
