This very cute studio is functional, fun, and gets lots of sun. It's a petite perch, in a pretty location.

You will love the look of this one. The combined living and sleeping area is cute and cosy, with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The decor is on point and has some cool features like a little artwork adorning the walls. The his and hers basins in the bathroom are a nice touch too (or his and his/ hers and hers).
We think this apartment is ideal for an on-the-go couple or single. Simplicity and affordability, just outside the inner city. You're well connected by public transport and you've got green space galore to explore when the sun comes out (which is very regularly in this city)

This is a cute and cosy 3rd floor, studio apartment on Carrer Del General Elio, Valencia. It boasts lovely decor, a functional open-plan layout, and plenty of that lovely Valencia light.
This property is ideal for an on-the-go couple. You’re really well located here, right by the park and well connected to the city centre. The University of Valencia is super close by too.
What we liked the most
- Enjoying the functionality of a studio – keeping it simple is all the rage, right Marie Kondo?
- Taking in the view – you can see the park from your sofa.
- Jogging in the park – get off that sofa and into nature.
