Il palazzo del Doge Erizzo è stato ricostruito come il preesistente.
Vi abitava la famiglia patrizia Erizzo di San Martino che grazie all’elezione del membro della stessa famiglia Francesco Erizzo, divenuto doge, potè riedificare il palazzo.
L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di Venezia, vicino alla Biennale.
Si accede da un cortile privato e con una meravigliosa scala ovale, o con un ascensore/montacarichi per chi avesse difficoltà a salire le scale, si arriva all’appartamento che è composto da ingresso, soggiorno salotto, cucina, bagno, corridoio, camera matrimoniale molto grande, una cameretta e un’altra camera matrimoniale.
Al suo interno ha mobili costruiti, intagliati e decorati da artigiani veneziani (oggi scomparsi) e una camera in puro stile settecentesco veneziano.
La vista è mozzafiato, dalle finestre si domina la città e i suoi campanili tra cui quello di Piazza San Marco.
Il palazzo si trova vicino all’imbarcadero dei mezzi pubblici e alla Riva degli Schiavoni.
