This lovely apartment in Martellago is fully furnished and offers central heating and central air conditioning, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and parking. The property allows couples and students, and overnight guests are permitted. Furthermore, it comes with all bills (electricity, water, gas, and WiFi) included, and all Spotahome landlords go through a complete vetting process, even though this property has not been personally checked by Spotahome.
