After the room is confirmed, we request all the necessary documents.
A rental proposal is prepared and signed by both the tenant and the landlord. At the time of signing, the tenant is required to pay €250.00 that will be deducted from the total amount of the administration fee
Before move-in: the tenant must pay the security deposit and the remaining balance of the administration fee (including administration, monthly cleaning, and final cleaning & assistance).
