What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

++A lovingly renovated apartment with an old vault in a house that is over 200 years old. But of course you don't have to do without any of the comforts of our time. The apartment is on the ground floor, but is still bright and friendly. This means the apartment stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Access is via the inner courtyard of the house.++ ++The apartment consists of an anteroom, a quiet bedroom facing the courtyard, a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a separate toilet as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. There is a sleeping alcove with a double bed, which is separated from the rest of the room with an opaque and light-proof curtain. The apartment also has a cozy terrace in the courtyard of the house, which is separated by a raised bed in which delicious vegetables grow in summer.++ ++The beds in the bedroom and in the sleeping alcove are each 160 x 200 cm in size. There are of course options for storing clothes and luggage. Four people can comfortably stay in the Naschmarkt nature apartment. If necessary, a fifth person (child) can sleep on the couch in the living room. However, it is not a pull-out sofa; the lying area is 180 x 80 cm.++ ++The apartment's living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table. In the modern kitchenette you will find everything you need: induction hob (two hotplates), oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, French press for coffee and enough cooking and eating utensils as well as cooking utensils.++
