Two comfortable and bright rooms situated in a beautifully renovated house from the period of the Vienna “Gruenderzeit/ fin de siecle” from 1872, excellently situated with regard to public transportation near Elterleinplatz and AKH (tram, metro).
Take tram 43 to reach the city (Schottentor/ University) within 15 minutes only. Or take a 5 minutes walk to the next metro station (Alserstrasse U6).
The apartment (aprox. 60 m2) has a big (20 m2) living-room, furnished with a dining- table, an extensible sofa and a TV-set. The living-room as well as the big bedroom has a parquet floor. Tiled bath-room is equipped with bath-tub and shower.

This elegant, 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Vienna's Hernals area. The property has a spacious living room with beautiful wooden floors that comes furnished with a comfy couch, a TV and a round dining table while there are 2 large windows making the room bright with natural light. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and has a lot of counter space and the bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Hernals is situated to the west of central Vienna, and Alser Straße metro station can be reached in 10 minutes.
