Calm one bedroom apartment ( livingroom + bedroom) in traditional Viennese building with communal garden in a safe & urban area.
Only two metro stations to the famous 'Schloss Schönbrunn', the "Sissi" castle. Also, the shopping strip 'Mariahilferstraße' is located in nearby. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are present in walking distance. The metro station is three min walking distance, and it takes you only in a few minutes to the city center or, if needed, the CAT airport transfer train.

A 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus, Vienna. The property is classically decorated throughout with white walls and mixture of classic and modern furniture, so when you move in you can really make this place your home with your own possessions and decorations. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to be able to cook up a storm, there's even a dishwasher! The living area is large with lots of seating space, which will be great to relax in in the evenings and a great space to host guests in. There is also access to a garden, although the access is not direct through the apartment, it'll be great for the summer months.
This property is located on Rauchfangkehrergasse in Vienna's Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus district. In the surrounding area, you have cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets, so there is plenty to entertain yourself with. There is also a U-Bahn Station 6 minutes away from the property as well as multiple bus services, so commuting to the centre won't be a problem.
What we liked the most
- There is lots of extra storage space throughout the apartment.
- The decoration and furnishings throughout are modern, sleek and classic.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
- The living room area has lots of seating space, great for hosting guests.
- 1 of the sofas looks like it could also function as a bed, great for having guests over.
- There is a weekly cleaning service included in the rent price.
- There is access to a garden.
- The maximum occupancy is 4, so this could be an ideal family home.
- There is a U-Bahn Station near the property.
Things to keep in mind
- The Wi-Fi is currently not activated in this apartment, but you can do this when you move in.
- Access to the garden is not direct from the apartment, you have to exit to have access.
