Terminations intended to end the tenancy on June 30 will be automatically extended until July 31. The final payment for July rent must be made no later than July 5. Austrian rental contracts are a minimum of 1 year with no allowances for termination before the 12 months. We offer early termination, with 3 month notice from August to May.
