Die 37 qm große Wohnung ist nach Osten in einen großzügigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet und damit angenehm ruhig. Der Balkon (ca 9qm) ist begrünt und bietet eine exklusive Erweiterung des Wohnbereichs.
