What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment is bright and friendly, a typical Viennese apartment with two large bright rooms, entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet. The building is a Gründerzeithaus with a modern elevator, which is convenient for reaching the apartment on the third floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electrical stove, a fridge, a dishwasher, microwave and oven. You will enter the apartment through a beautiful Viennese door with milk glass inserts. There is a wardrobe and a washing machine in the entrance area. A hallway leads past bathroom and separate WC to the kitchen and dining area for six people.

This peaceful apartment with 2 bedrooms to rent on Rembrandtstraße is on the 3rd floor. The front door opens into a vestibule that has storage cabinets and the washing machine. There is a toilet room, as well as a small bathroom with a shower cabinet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher and is furnished with a dining table and extra stools. The bedrooms are spacious, with double beds and additional single daybeds, and one of them can easily be used as a living room.
The Leopoldstadt neighborhood is in a fairly central location close to public transportation. Your new home is a 25-minute walk away from the city center. The Augarten is just down the street. In your immediate area you’ll find everything you need: a drug store, banks and supermarkets. There are a few cafés nearby. There are restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk, and you’re close to two cinemas as well as the Muth, which is the concert hall of the Vienna Boys' Choir.
