Fully Furnished three bedroom flat, walking distance to Schottenring and Taborstrasse U stations with an easy walk to many bus lines as well. Schottenring in a nice area of Vienna near Prater. The flat is one of the best connected places in Vienna. The location in the second district is one of the most attractive districts to live in.

Landlord policies
For tenants who have lived in the apartment for less than one year__, termination of the Sublease Agreement will be accepted only between August and May of any given year__. Terminations intended to end the tenancy on June 30 will be automatically extended until July 31. The final payment for July rent must be made no later than July 5. Austrian rental contracts are a minimum of 1 year with no allowances for termination before the 12 months. We offer early termination, with 3 month notice from August to May.
