Favoriten is a residential district located outside the city center. However, it is popular with many residents because you are well-connected by bus, tram, and Metro and can reach the city center in about 10-15 minutes. On Holbeingasse, you have basic shops nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and bakeries. You also are a short walk to a large park, where you can find a lake and a golf course.
