The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easy reachable by bike.

So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and not more.

For tenants who have lived in the apartment for less than one year__, termination of the Sublease Agreement will be accepted only between August and May of any given year__. Terminations intended to end the tenancy on June 30 will be automatically extended until July 31. The final payment for July rent must be made no later than July 5. Austrian rental contracts are a minimum of 1 year with no allowances for termination before the 12 months. We offer early termination, with 3 month notice from August to May.
