Fully Furnished Studio flat, is located on the in the second district in an incredibly quiet side lane with a new elevator.
The area provides you with a lot of shopping opportunities and excellent connections with public transport. The metro stations and several tram stations are remarkably close. The trams bring you within a few minutes to all universities, the shopping malls, parks and museums.

Landlord policies
For tenants who have lived in the apartment for less than one year__, termination of the Sublease Agreement will be accepted only between August and May of any given year__. Terminations intended to end the tenancy on June 30 will be automatically extended until July 31. The final payment for July rent must be made no later than July 5. Austrian rental contracts are a minimum of 1 year with no allowances for termination before the 12 months. We offer early termination, with 3 month notice from August to May.
