The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC; towels are supplied. There is no washing machine. The bright, separate living and sleeping room offers a sofa bed with bed linen, a desk with a reading lamp at the window, a folding table with two chairs, open shelves and a large mirror. Vacuum cleaner and hairdryer included. Parquet floors, sound-insulating windows and infrared heating keep it quiet and warm. A private storage room on the same floor takes your suitcases. The rent includes everything: electricity, heating, hot water, internet, furniture, towels, bed linen and operating costs. Three to six months, one person. The Austrian broadcasting fee is paid by the tenant. Bus and tram around the corner, underground and S-Bahn a few minutes on foot, the universities well under half an hour by public transport.
