A gorgeous studio apartment is available to rent near the University of Vienna in Alsergrund. The property has a spacious main room, where you will find a comfy double bed, an adorable sofa, and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is also large, with an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a dining table, and amazing views of the cathedral across the street. In the bathroom, you'll find a large bathtub, a beautiful mirror, a heated towel rack, as well as an independent toilet.
You'll be living in Alsergrund, a well-connected neighborhood just to the north of Vienna's city center. The property is an 8-minute walk from the University of Vienna, and it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, and even museums for you to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- There are gorgeous views from the window!
- The University of Vienna is an 8-minute walk from the property.
- The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer-- easy laundry days!
- The property is very large for a studio apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building.
- There is a fireplace in the apartment but it is not for use of the tenants.
