Auf der Liegenschaft befinden sich drei hintereinander liegenden Wohntrakte die durch Innenhöfe mit zauberhaften Gärten verbunden sind. Die Loft artige Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock (kein Lift), vormittags und nachmittags direktes Sonnenlicht und mit Sicht auf die Kirche und Grün. Großer Wohn-Schlaf-Salon mit King Size Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch und Sitzgruppe.

A gorgeous studio apartment is available to rent near the University of Vienna in Alsergrund. The property has a spacious main room, where you will find a comfy double bed, an adorable sofa, and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is also large, with an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a dining table, and amazing views of the cathedral across the street. In the bathroom, you'll find a large bathtub, a beautiful mirror, a heated towel rack, as well as an independent toilet.
You'll be living in Alsergrund, a well-connected neighborhood just to the north of Vienna's city center. The property is an 8-minute walk from the University of Vienna, and it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, and even museums for you to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- There are gorgeous views from the window!
- The University of Vienna is an 8-minute walk from the property.
- The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer-- easy laundry days!
- The property is very large for a studio apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building.
- There is a fireplace in the apartment but it is not for use of the tenants.
