What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Mit diesen Verkehrsmitteln sind das Zentrum und die U-Bahn Stationen Hietzing sowie Meidling gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist eine Sackgasse. Der Garten steht allen Bewohnern zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Für Wohnen in der Stadt in grüner Ruhelage zu empfehlen.

This 38 m² studio apartment is for rent on Jörsgasse in Hietzing. The combined living room and bedroom has a sofa bed, and is separated from the kitchen and bathroom by an entrance hall. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and a dishwasher, so you don't need to spend too much time cleaning up after dinner. You will also find the shower in the kitchen.

This apartment is located a little outside the central city, so it's a great space for someone who doesn't want to live among the hustle and bustle of the city. You also have all of the essentials within a 15-minute walk including a supermarket and a handful of other stores. If you do need to get into the city centre though, public transport can get you there in around half an hour.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is a garden shared with the landlords who live next door which you have access to, so you can relax in the summer sun without having to go far.
  • This apartment has a washing machine and a dryer in the common area, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
  • There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • This apartment has parking available at no additional cost.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a 4th floor apartment with no elevator, but at least you won't need a gym membership after climbing all those stairs.
  • The toilet is separate from the shower, which is located in the kitchen.
