This roomy studio apartment to rent on Trambauerstraße is located in Favoriten neighborhood. In the hallway, you’ll find a toilet and separate shower room, which has a washing machine. You get a flood of natural light in the open studio space, which has a double bed, counter table, and sitting area. You’ll want for nothing. The kitchen is equipped, and there is a TV and WiFi.
Favoriten is one of the most inexpensive neighborhoods to live in. It’s diverse and multicultural, filled with Kebab shops. The public indoor swimming pool, Amelienbad, is 15 minutes away. It’s a favorite spot among locals. You’re also close to Franz Horr Stadium and near the Bohemian Prater amusement park. Public transit makes it easy to get to the city center.
